Riders must be at the scheduled pick-up location at the scheduled pick-up location at the scheduled pick-up time or riders may miss their ride. If the driver arrives early they must wait until the scheduled pick-up time and 5 more minutes for riders. A late driver will not drive by the pickup location without stopping.
